Leaf ID is for adults who meet the legal age in their jurisdiction and are located where their use of this service is lawful. By using Leaf ID you confirm you meet these requirements. We may restrict or change available features based on your region.

Leaf ID is an educational and harm-reduction tool for recording and understanding sensory experience. It is not medical, legal, or professional advice, and nothing here should be relied on as such.

Leaf ID does not sell, supply, or facilitate the supply of cannabis or any controlled substance. Identification and probability estimates are informational only and are never a guarantee of what a sample actually is.

You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you. Leaf ID does not encourage or endorse any unlawful activity. If something on this service is not legal where you are, you must not use that part of it.

Your logged sessions and observations are yours. You grant Leaf ID permission to use anonymised, aggregated observations to improve the shared library and recommendations. We identify you only by a pseudonymous handle.

Don't use Leaf ID to break the law, harass others, or misrepresent information. We may suspend access that does.

Leaf ID is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of information in this service.

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
